Carrickfergus, NI – Wayne Boyd has found the perfect fit with Robinson’s Shoemakers. Announced today, Boyd will be an ambassador for the now third generation family business. Celebrating the craftsmanship in his hometown of Templepatrick, Boyd is happy to champion the oldest custom shoemaker in Ireland.

Boyd is an internationally acclaimed champion racer, winning the prestigious British Formula Ford Championship (2008) and the British Formula Ford Festival twice. (2008 and 2015). One of British Racing Drivers Club Superstars, Boyd is currently competing in the European Le Mans Series with United Autosports. With only two races completed in the season, he already has a pole and podium finish in the books.

Each race is a four-hour endurance run where Wayne is one of three drivers in the #3 LMP3 machine.
